   A final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle to confirm its condition, kilometres, history, and the accuracy of the details provided. If the vehicle differs from what was described, the offer may change or be withdrawn.

4. 04No obligation

   Requesting an estimate or receiving an offer places no obligation on you to sell, and no obligation on us to buy. You are free to decline an offer at any time before a sale is finalised, and so are we.

   A sale is only complete once both parties agree on the final price and the vehicle and payment have changed hands.

5. 05Your vehicle and its details

   You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are authorised to sell it, and that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

   Where a vehicle has finance owing, it is your responsibility to disclose this. We will work through the payout process with you, but you remain responsible for any obligations to your lender until they are settled.
