Who we are

Built on local car know-how, not a sales floor

SEQ Car Buyers is the buying side of a small South East Queensland car business. We are the sister business to SEQ Car Brokers, who help local drivers source and buy the right next car. Working both sides of the deal gives us a clear, honest read on what a car is genuinely worth here, today.

One thing to be clear about: we are the actual buyer. When you send us your details, they come straight to us, not to a panel of third parties bidding for your data. We are not a lead-farm that sells your number on to a queue of dealers. The person who prices your car is the person who buys it and arranges pickup.

We started this because selling a car privately is a slog. Photos, ad fees, fielding messages at all hours, strangers test-driving your car, then the haggling. We wanted to offer the opposite: send a few details, get a real number, and decide on your own terms. If it suits, we handle the inspection, payment, and pickup. If it does not, that is completely fine.

We are a service-area business, which means we come to you. We do not run a public shopfront. Inspections happen at your home, your workplace, or a safe public spot that suits you. Our core patch is the South East corner, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, and Toowoomba, and we regularly buy further up the coast around Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, and Mackay too.
