What free car removal actually includes

It is worth being precise about what is and is not free here, because plenty of operators are vague on purpose. With us, the collection is genuinely at no cost to you: we do not charge a call-out fee, a towing fee, or an admin fee, and we do not quietly subtract those costs from the offer and call the leftover your payment. You are given a figure for the car, and that figure is what you receive when we collect it.

What makes that possible is that the vehicle itself has value, whether it still drives, needs work, or is only good for scrap, and that value comfortably covers the cost of sending a truck. So rather than you paying a tow company to take a car away, the car effectively pays for its own removal and puts cash in your hand on top. If a vehicle ever genuinely had no value at all, we would tell you that plainly rather than spring a charge on you at the door.

In many cases pickup can happen the same day, particularly when you reach out early, the vehicle is straightforward, and it sits in an area we are already covering that day. We would rather earn the same-day result than promise an hour we cannot keep, so we will always give you a realistic window rather than a slogan.

A few practical things shape how soon a truck can reach you: where the car is across South East Queensland, how busy the run is that day, and the time your request comes in. A late-afternoon call may roll to the next morning, while an early one has the best shot at same-day. None of this changes that the removal stays free, it only affects timing, and we will tell you the soonest we can realistically be there.

We collect non-runners and awkward spots

Free removal is not limited to cars that can drive onto a truck under their own steam. A flat battery, seized brakes, perished tyres, expired registration, or an engine that will not start are all fine, we carry the equipment to load a vehicle that cannot move and take it away without you lifting a finger. You should never be pushing, rolling, or jump-starting a car just so it can be removed.

Tight and difficult locations are part of the job too. A car wedged at the back of a carport, hemmed in behind others, down a narrow side passage, parked on a verge, or grown over where it has sat, just tell us the situation and the access when you book.
